About Life And Healing Home Care
Life And Healing Home Care was born from the vision and experiences of Dorenna Ward, a devoted mother and faith leader who opened her heart and home to youth in need. Inspired by her personal journey and belief in the transformation that love and faith bring, she cultivated a nurturing space for healing and growth in her Cincinnati community.
As our founder witnessed the profound impact of support on vulnerable children—whether facing homelessness, domestic issues, or academic challenges—she realized that nurture and reconciliation at home could change lives. Today, Life And Healing Home Care is dedicated to offering resources, housing, and hope for youth and families experiencing hardship, always rooted in compassion and faith.

Our Services
We offer a range of group home and home care services to youth and families in crisis. Our focus includes residential support, counseling, crisis intervention, and academic life skills assistance for children and young adults.
Residential Group Home Care
A safe and faith-centered home providing shelter, nourishment, and daily care for youth facing hardship or unsafe living conditions. We offer a warm environment for restoration.
In-Home Family Support
We provide at-home caregiving and guidance, helping families maintain stability and reunify during times of crisis. Our team brings compassion and structure directly to your home.
Youth Counseling & Life Skills
Faith-guided mentoring and counseling tailored to the emotional and developmental needs of children and teens, including life skills, academic help, and personal empowerment.
